Eklavya Tech Fest 2025

Overview

A high-octane battle where teams pit their custom-built robot "cars" against one another in a specially designed arena with obstacles and hazards.

Due to insufficient number of participants in Robo War, we are closing the registration of this event.

Robot Specifications:

Dimensions: Maximum length: 30 cm, Maximum width: 25 cm.
Robot Type: Only self-made robots are allowed. Purchased robots are not included.

Team Guidelines:

Both individuals and teams can participate.
A team can have a maximum of four participants.
Each participant must have a unique name. Techfest organizers reserve the right to reject entries with inappropriate or offensive names unless changed.
If participating as a team, a team representative (leader) must be specified, along with their contact details (phone number, email ID, etc.) at the time of registration.

To win the competition, participants must pass each checkpoint inside the maze, earning points.
In case of a tie (same points), the winner will be decided based on the completion time.
The winner will be determined by following the given instructions.

Open Spaces

Use of prohibited weapons (flame throwers, water-based, electrical interference).
Unsafe battery handling or exceeding voltage limits.
Tampering with opponent robots or breaking fair play rules.
Failure to adhere to submission deadlines where applicable.

After registration, the participants will have to submit a 30sec to 60sec video of their robot, between 17/04/2025 to 20/04/2025, for verification.
